An Ark Farm school visit aims to engage with the children and bring to life many aspects of the National Curriculum

Our LotC Quality Badge holder status gives you the confidence we can deliver a structured experience that enables the children to become involved with the animals at their own pace; from just observing through to petting and even bottle feeding. This hands-on approach gives you the teacher a wealth of material to broaden and develop your classes' continued development through knowledge and experience.

Our trained staff have both educational qualifications and a combined teaching experience of over 40 years. This strong educational background - something that sets us apart from your typical Open Farm - means that we are understanding of and knowledgeable in the varied needs of children. Furthermore, our CEVAS training means that you have the option to let our team talk to your classes about specific elements that meet precisely the National Curriculum objectives for those age groups.

With rising costs and the administration involved in school visits, we provide a great cost effective alternative to a school trip; we bring the farm experience to the fun but safe environment of your school.
